Chaga & Vanilla Recipe


Vanilla has a distinctive sweet scent and provides a very relaxing effect. This is because a component called linalool contained in the smell of vanilla has a calming effect on nerves. In addition, linalool is expected to be effective in preventing infections.   • Water 500ml
  • Chaga 2 g 1 pack
  • Vanilla 1 stick (Cut about 1 cm and boil.)
